Said Lots 20 and 21 each fronting on the west side of the proposed Fayette and Winfield pike fifty feet and extending back west therefrom to the old road, and said Lot 15 being 85.5 feet on the west side of said proposed pike and extending back west to the old road at the west end of said Lot; all is shown by said survey or plat of said Gary A. Hart, as aforesaid.
All persons claiming an interest in said lands or any portion thereof, claiming any title thereto or any encumbrance or lien thereon, are hereby notified that the above-styled action was filed against you on January 26, 2026, and that by Order of the Court, you are hereby commanded to plead, answer, or otherwise respond to the complaint within thirty (30) days from the last publication, the 24th day of July 2026, or thereafter suffer judgment in rem to be rendered against the properties and against you because this notice shall be used to perfect service against all parties who are not personally served with a copy of the complaint.
