ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Berry Housing Authority (BHA) is seeking qualified firms to provide bids for renovation to an apartment recently damaged by water. The damage unit may be inspected on or before Wednesday November 26, 2025. The apartment may be inspected during normal BHA operating hours consistent of Monday through Friday 8 am - 4 pm. All inspection appointments should be made 48 hours in advance with BHA Executive Director. All bids shall be turned in by 10:00 am Friday, December 5, 2025.
