The Alabama Board of Pardons and Parole again denied parole to David Mosher, 63, for the killing of Alabama Fish and Game Officer Jimmy Hutto. The latest hearing before the Pardon and Parole Board occurred on Jan. 31. Mosher is currently serving five consecutive life sentences for the 2002 murder of Hutto, the attempted murder of three additional law enforcement officers, and for distribution of a controlled substance.
