BONNIE FAYE DUNN

Mrs. Bonnie Faye Dunn, age 91 of Fayette, died Saturday, July 5, 2025, at her residence. The family held a private service. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Bonnie was born on Sept. 14, 1933. She was the youngest child out of ten siblings to Charles and Ada parker. Mrs. Dunn was born in Fayette County and resided in Fayette her entire life. She was an avid member of Southside Baptist Church. Bonnie worked at the Fayette Cotton Mill, Fayette Garment Plant and was a wonderful housekeeper and caregiver. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles L. Parker; her mother, Ada Jane Parker; siblings, Eddie Florence Parker, Claud Mims Parker, Harry Hanes Parker, Robert Charles Parker, Jackson Eugene Parker, Lillian Beattrice Parker, Buril Lender Parker, Vera Vastine Parker and Howard K. Parker; son, Kenneth R. Dunn; grandsons, Charles Lee Logan and Joseph David Hughes; and three infant great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughters, Betty Dunn Brown (Jerry) and Wanda Gail Abernathy (Ronald); five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren; sixteen great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express their deepest appreciation to Dr. Christian and staff, Norwood-Wyatt Funeral Home, Fayette DCH Med Surg staff, Amedisys Hospice and all who sent messages, prayers and food.
