Funeral services for Mr. Melvin C. Shackelford, Sr., age 74 of Fayette, were held Monday, May 6, 2024, at 1 p.m. from new Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery. He died Wednesday, May 1, at his residence.
Norwood-Wyatt Chapel Funeral Home of Fayette directed.
