ABC/3340 Chief Meteorologist James Spann was at the Fayette County Memorial Library on Wednesday, Oct. 20 to sign copies of books that he has authored, including, “Weathering Life,” and his latest release, “All You Can Do is Pray.” The line was long throughout the event to purchase books and have them signed.
