FCHS has successful indoor track season

Sierra Stevenson is one of three FCHS athletes to place first at the state indoor track meet.

Fayette County High School just completed its inaugural track season, and the results far exceeded the expectations of the coaches for the new program, said Assistant Coach Michael Magouirk.

FCHS track team competes in sectional meet

The Fayette County High school track team competed in the Class 4A sectional track meet last week, held at Winfield High School. Several members of the track team placed in events, and many of the competitors qualified to compete in the state meet.
