The Town of Belk held its regular meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 14. Present were Mayor Matt Belk; Council Members Deana Belk, Don Byars, Sherry Spack, Terrell Stripling and Joe Waldrop along with Town Clerk Brianna Owens. The meeting was called to order with an opening prayer led by Byars.
