On Saturday, Feb. 1, a candlelight vigil was held at the Glen Allen Community Center to honor Ryleigh and Kahleb Collins. Organizer Karlie Allen said that nearly 100 people gathered to celebrate the lives of the two children. Allen shared that God put it on her heart to organize the event and expressed appreciation for the community members who made it possible.
