The Fayette Tigers and Hubbertville Lions each had mixed results in baseball last week before heading into spring break. Fayette started its week last Monday with a 6-3 loss to American Christian Academy. Cooper Sanford started the game at pitcher for Fayette and suffered the loss, allowing seven hits and four runs in five and two-thirds innings of work.
