TOWN OF BERRY, ALABAMA
NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID: STREET PATCHING
The Town of Berry, Alabama is now accepting sealed bids for street patching on the following streets:
• Tuscaloosa Avenue
• East Avenue
• Church Street
The work will consist of patching designated areas of the above streets as directed by the Town of Berry. Bidders may contact Berry City Hall at 205-689-4562 to confirm areas to be patched.
All contractors submitting bids must meet all applicable licensing and insurance requirements.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “STREET PATCHING BID.”
Sealed bids must be received by the Town of Berry at Town Hall, 30 School Ave, Berry, Alabama 35546, no later than 9:00am on October 9, 2026. A mailing postmark will not constitute timely receipt; bids must actually be received by the deadline.
Deadline for Bids: OCTOBER 9, 2026_AT 9:00 AM.
Bids Will Be Opened: OCTOBER 9, 2026 AT 10:00AM at Berry City Hall
The Town of Berry reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities when determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
