Mayor Rod Northam called the meeting to order and requested approval of the minutes from the Jan. 14 meeting, which were unanimously approved.

from the March 4 meeting. The motion was approved with Councilman Russell Madison moving to accept and Councilwoman Mary Sue Lollar seconding it.
