Residents gathered at the Fayette Civic Center on Thursday, July 24, for a meet-and-greet with candidates running for city council. The evening began with a prayer led by Fayette Junior City Council Mayor Sean White, followed by remarks on an upcoming candidate forum that will be held at the civic center on Monday, Aug. 18 at 6 p.m.
