LEGAL NOTICE
The Fayette County Commission will receive annual bids on materials until August 11, 2026 at 10 AM. Bids may be mailed to the following address, or brought in person to: Fayette County Engineer Office @ 103 1st Ave. N.W. Suite #7, Fayette, AL 35555. Hours of operations are 7 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Bids must be presented in a sealed envelope, and clearly marked on the outside “bid” with the item description being bid. Bids will be publicly opened at 10 AM, August 11, 2026. The right is reserved, as the interest of the County may require, to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in bids received, and to accept or reject any items of any bids unless qualified by specific limitation. If you are unable to furnish an item as specified and desire to offer a substitute, give full description of the item being substituted. No errors will be corrected after bids are opened. NO price shall include state or federal excise taxes. All bidders shall provide proof that they are in compliance with the E-Verify requirements of Alabama’s Immigration Law.
