A two-vehicle accident involving a commercial vehicle occurred on Highway 13 at approximately 11:21 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 28. The accident occurred when the 2018 Nissan Armada, driven by Harley R. A. Wise, 27, of Berry, struck the 2015 Kenworth driven by Robert L. Adams, 53, of Rome, Ga.
