SANDRA FAYE AYERS

Funeral services for Mrs. Sandra Faye Ayers, 74, of Winfield, were held Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2023, at 1 p.m. from Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Mark Howell officiated. Burial followed at Springhill Baptist Church Cemetery. She died passed away Friday, December 22, at Northwest Medical Center.  
Sandra was blessed with physical beauty, but her heart was even more beautiful. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and one of the best grandmothers that the Lord ever created. She loved everyone and most everyone loved her. She was a Godly woman who exemplified it by seeing the positive in all individuals. She will be missed by so many.
She was preceded in death by her father, J.A. “Alton” Winters, and mother, Avvie Lou Winters.
She is survived by her husband, Tommy J. Ayers; son, Jason Ayers; daughter in law, Amanda Stout Ayers; and granddaughters, Susannah Grace Ayers and Lily Beth Ayers.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Jim Barton, Scott Cole, Jim Brakefield, Members of Midway Church of Christ, and past and present employees of Jasper Water Works, who she considered as family.
Pallbearers were Dr. Keith Morgan, Jeff Morgan, Chris Counts, Dalton Counts, Eddie Bull, Dr. Maury Minton, Billy Lipsey and John Ayers.
