The Berry Town Council held its regular monthly meeting on Monday, Feb. 7. All council members were present for the meeting. Prior to the start of the meeting, Roger Mertens, pastor of Berry Bible Missionary Church, led those in attendance in prayer. Before the business portion of the meeting began, Ronnie Magouirk, speaking on behalf of Stallion Trailers, addressed the council concerning the recent eviction notice that was sent to him concerning the leased property. The property in question is the former Amory building.
