Winterboro defeats Berry 34-20 to close the Wildcats’ season

Before the start of the game on a cool, damp night, the Berry Wildcats took time to recognize its 21 senior football players and cheerleaders. After the pre-game activities, the Wildcats faced the Winterboro Bulldogs in the first-ever meeting between the two schools. Despite great efforts by both the Berry offense and defense, the Bulldogs’ ground game proved to be the difference as Winterboro took the win 34 - 20.
